Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, right in the heart of the center near everything, but it was overshadowed by the noisy surroundings and lack of proper queueing areas. The rooms were the poorest quality I've experienced, shoddy and unclean with broken tiles in the bathroom and a broken window latch. The service, however, was a mixed bag with some helpful staff members despite delays in management response. The dining experience left much to be desired with basic, low-quality food offerings.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was close to everything, with friendly staff and convenient amenities. However, the noisy environment due to nearby nightclubs and the lack of proper sleep were significant drawbacks.
The hotel needs modernizing and was poor value for money. The room was clean but smelly like wet dog, disco music was too loud, and a nightclub outside meant a noisy night. The window was covered in pigeon poo and the hotel was full of dust. Service was terrible with unfriendly staff. The location had some positives but was centrally noisy. The dining experience was disorganized, chaotic, and not worth the money.
